Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how LiveLineIQ, Inc. (“LiveLineIQ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”). The Service is offered in the United States and is intended for users who are at least 21 years old. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. U.S.-Focused Service
The Service is intended for users in the United States. We do not target or market the Service to residents of the European Union or European Economic Area.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide. Account and registration details (such as name, username, email, and phone number if you provide it); your age or date of birth, or your confirmation that you are 21 or older; Subscription and transaction records (payment is processed by third-party processors and app stores, and we do not store full payment card numbers); your sports and content preferences; and communications you send us, such as support requests.
2.2 Information collected automatically. Device and identifier information; IP address and approximate (country or region level) location derived from it; app and site usage, including the Content you view and your interactions with alerts and features; the device permissions you grant (such as notifications and, if you enable it, approximate location); and information collected through cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies as described in Section 4 (Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies).
2.3 Information from third parties. Analytics, advertising, attribution, and similar providers, and the app stores through which you subscribe, may provide us limited information about your use of the Service and how you found us.
2.4 Information we do not collect. We do not ask for or collect your sportsbook account credentials, sportsbook account balances, bankroll information, or your wagering history with any third-party sportsbook. Please do not provide this information to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: (a) provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service and deliver Content and alerts; (b) process Subscriptions and transactions; (c) communicate with you, including service messages and, where permitted, marketing; (d) personalize and measure the Service and generate analytics; (e) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms; (f) verify eligibility, including age and, where relevant, location; and (g) comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, mobile SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, measure performance, and, where applicable, support analytics and advertising. These currently include mobile analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer), affiliate and partner-marketing measurement (Everflow), subscription management (RevenueCat), and payment processing (QuantumPay for website purchases), and may include customer-relationship and support tools. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies or similar technologies, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. You can also manage device-level controls, such as resetting your advertising identifier or limiting ad tracking, in your device settings.
5. Analytics and Advertising
We use analytics to understand how the Service is used and may use advertising partners to promote the Service. These partners may use cookies, SDKs, and identifiers to measure and, where applicable, personalize advertising. You can opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising as described in Section 8 (Your Privacy Rights and Choices), through recognized opt-out signals, and through your device’s advertising controls.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising or analytics may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws; see Section 8 (Your Privacy Rights and Choices). We disclose personal information to: (a) service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and communications (including push, email, and, where used, SMS vendors); (b) advertising and measurement partners, as described in Section 5 (Analytics and Advertising); (c) the app stores and platforms through which you access the Service; (d) authorities or others where required or permitted by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service; (e) a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and (f) others with your direction or consent.
7. Communications Choices
You can opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link, stop SMS messages (where offered) by replying STOP, and turn off push notifications in your device or app settings. Providing a mobile number or consenting to SMS is not a condition of using or purchasing the Service. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may still send non-marketing service messages, such as transaction or security notices.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have rights to: (a) know and access the personal information we hold and obtain a portable copy; (b) request deletion; (c) correct inaccurate information; (d) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising; (e) opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable; and (f) limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request. Submit a request to appsupport@livelineiq.com. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide against our records and will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, extendable by 45 days where reasonably necessary).
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity.
Appeals. If we deny your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by emailing appsupport@livelineiq.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. You may opt out by emailing appsupport@livelineiq.com.
Account deletion. You may delete your Account at any time directly in the app (Settings → Security → Delete Account) or on the web dashboard (Settings → Security), or by emailing appsupport@livelineiq.com. We will delete or de-identify your information as described in Section 9 (Data Retention), except where retention is required or permitted by law.
Sensitive information. We treat betting-related preferences and similar data with heightened care, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under applicable law beyond those permitted without consent.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, after which we delete or de-identify it. Periods vary by category:
- Account information: life of the Account plus three (3) years after closure.
- Billing and transaction records: as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven (7) years).
- Usage metadata: 24 months for analytics, billing, and fraud prevention.
- Customer-support communications: three (3) years after resolution.
- IP addresses: 12 months after each use.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue affecting your Account, please notify us at appsupport@livelineiq.com.
11. Children and Minors
The Service is intended for users 21 and older and is not directed to children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at appsupport@livelineiq.com.
12. Do Not Track and Preference Signals
Because there is no uniform industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, our website may not respond to all of them. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals that meet applicable standards, such as the Global Privacy Control (globalprivacycontrol.org).
13. International Data Processing
LiveLineIQ is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process personal information in the United States. The Service is not intended for users outside the United States.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version, update the “Last Updated” date, and provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
